Amman Pasha Hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Amman. Its directly adjacent to the Roman Amphitheater and right next to the Amman Citadel (Jabal al-Qal'a) The Citadel and Rainbow Street are just 10 minutes’ drive. Its lobby has a 24-hour front desk, elevator, and free Wi-Fi. The simply furnished rooms are all air conditioned and have a satellite TV, phone and fridge. Each room includes power points for charging laptops, phones, iPads etc and all room have a private bathroom with a bathtub and shower with 24h hot water. All rooms have linen and towels in them. Luggage storage and newspapers are available at the front desk free of charge.. The staff can also arrange car rentals and a laundry service, including ironing. The Downtown Souk, with its galleries, souvenir shops, and traditional restaurants, is just a short drive away. Queen Alia International Airport is 50 minutes by car, and a shuttle service can be provided. Free parking is available outside the hotel.

The Amman Pasha hotel is a little gem, located right in the heart of Amman. It is a lively and fun place with a fantastic staff. For a modest sum, we were picked up at and returned to the airport by a friendly driver and guide. The reception manager, Majed, went above and beyond to make us comfortable. My companion was ill and he brought yoghurt for her to our room and went to the pharmacy to get medicine, asking nothing in return. I would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelli.

We thought it was well worth the money for pickup (25 Jordanian Dinars) The hotel was right in the middle of downtown so we could visit all interesting places around easily on foot. The room wasn't luxury but it was clean with hot water, perfect for us. Views overlooking the Amman Citadel were a superb sight. We loved it. The people were all friendly, polite and helpful. Great breakfast huge range of food and drinks to start the day. We enjoyed the time at Amman Pasha Hotel very much. The staff was great and extremely helpful with all matters, and they really made us feel welcome in Amman. Outstanding location - just across from the Roman Amphitheater and other top sights in Amman, which were the best appreciated from the rooftop terrace on the 6th floor. Despite the very central location, we got parking in front of hotel. Colorful and nicely designed restaurant with wide range of very tasty local food, and we had lots of f. The staff were very attentive and nice to our little boy of 1,5 year old. They were a great help for us to set up and join tours, in such a way that we could share the price with other tourists. The hotel tries to arrange only English speaking and good-humoured drivers. The restaurant attached to the hotel is quite good (especially compared to others we could locate downtown). The location of the hotel is excellent as it's just opposite the Roman Theatre and the Citadel is just uphill. I would. What it makes the Amman Pasha Hotel a great place to stay is its friendly staff. They go beyond their duties to make you feel welcome. They have a great knowledge of all the interesting places to visit and how to get there. They have music every night at their restaurant and it is a lot of fun. The breakfast is Mediterranean and Western. I did enjoy the Mediterranean every morning. The day I checked out, Ibrahm took my suitcase and helped me get a cab one block from the hotel. That was very nic. The staff were amazing. The owner, Raymond and the reception team especially Feras were brilliant and helped me out considerably. I would have no qualms about recommending this place and going back there again. Let's be realistic, luxury hotel this is not but what you don't get in luxury, you get 100 times back in the people who looked after us. Feras was amazing and became my tour guide for 2 hours and showed me where the locals hang out. Excellent, excellent, excellent!!. We loved the location, as it was right across the street from the roman amphitheater and close to the citadel. Everyone in this neighborhood was friendly, the food good and lots to see of everyday life in Jordan old city. The staff at the Amman pasha were friendly, helpful and above al. Attentive. Jafar, Ahmad, and shadi are key members of Raymond's team. And finally the atmosphere at the hotel, created by Raymond and his team is beyond compare!!! Highly recommend it!. A fantastic welcome to Jordan, helpful friendly staff make you feel right at home. Rooms are good size and comfortable and the roof terrace is brilliant for views of the Roman Theatre. Staff wil bring drinks up from the restaurant for you also. Location was great for everything worth seeing in Amman, only a stone throw from rainbow street, the citadel and the roman theatre, with souk's and restaurants literally next door. The rooms are basic which is what you would expect from a budget hotel, but room and bathroom were clean and everything worked. Hotel cafe stays open all day which is a nice place to relax. There is no hotel like the Pasha. I was met at airport by a friendly driver. Checked in with the helpful and friendly front desk staff. The room is basic but clean,hot water shower, working A/C, great views . Good list of tours. Cafe serves good range of food and is not pricey. They had entertainment at night with Arabic dances. It was lots of fun. The Amman Pasha Hotel offers the full package - it is ideally located, great value for money and the staff make one feel right at home. I especially enjoyed learning about Jordanian culture from the staff, cooking Mansaf, and the fact that everything in the city was walking distance. The staff was really friendly. They always treated us very well and extremelly helpful with a lot of advices. They even keept our luggage for a couple of days when we were at Petra.and Jerusalem. Hotel located in Downtown, near Citadel, Roman Theatre, markets and shops. Accomodation not expensive. Good restorant. Interesting interier. Facilities for trips (we take car with driver for day trip Umm-ar-Rasas, Madaba, Nebo). There was hot water. the staff are sooooo friendly, hospitable and lovely. Whilst some of the rooms may be a little dated and planned for renovations, the location, service and fun staff makes this hotel a very special place to stay and I will certainly be returning!. The staff, especially Khalid, was very friendly and helpful. He made me feel right at home. It is so convenient that the restaurant that served the meals is right next door very Good Breakfast buffet. I also got a chance to check out the view from the rooftop ter. The internet was slow in the room. The room and bathroomm could be a bit more tidy. People sometimes smoke at the lobby or restaurant but everybody smokes in Jordan after all. They have a non-smoking lounge for non- smokers though. The restaurant would benefit from being non-smoking albeit they provide Shisha - some better ventilation perhaps. Food in the restaurant was very average also, breakfast included but not the most edible. nothing - it was a hoot, but not all bathrooms have a tub - some just have a shower, and the rooms are carpetted - some old and stained, not tiled as in the description. The wifi connection in my room was pretty poor. the fact I couldn't stay longer :-). The wifi only works in the hall. There are not a Russion TV chanel. Nothing we didn't like. nothing really... The standard of cleaning could have been a bit better and maybe a degree of double glazing could have lessened the considerable noise of traffic - it is a very busy area and the noise is constant. The bathroom was smelly but I dont think it was due to lack cleaning but more for lack of ventilation. At the end of each corridor-floor there is a door looking outside and what you see? A huge pile of garbage, not a nice view!. Nothing. It's not a luxurious 5 star hotel but the price is great and it's very comfortable and clean. - Poor tv chanels. Nothing!. Now view in fhe room, was watching the wall of the neighbour building. both waitress for the Restourant no so kind. Tours from the hotel were more expensive than from elswhere. Nothing. The price of cafe is expensive. They do not clean the room if you do not tell the reception in advance. The elevator is noisy for those in rooms adjacent to it. If you are not a keen dancer then the ground floor bar should be avoided in the evening. Street noise interfered with sleep.
