1-the staff was so fabulous, helpful, and make the impossible to keep the travellers comfortable and relax. 2-Ms.Yara, the supervisor was extremely cooperative, trying to deliver the service for everybody in a special pattern to make people happy and again & again she was the best hotel supervisor i met ever and she deserves 10/10. 2-they brought taxi for me any time with a happy face and i thanks them alot about this. 3- one kind of food was not included in the buffet , they brought it for.
all reviews » The front office staff, particularly Yara, could not have done enough to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The rooms were spacious and each night we stayed, was restful and enjoyable. Both bars were very comfortable and well furnished/stocked. We ate at the hotel on one of the nights and all 4 of us were impressed with the standard of the food. Breakfast was also good with a wide range of food on offer, excellent coffee and really good service.Based on our experiences, we strongly recommend this. It was a nice experience staying at AIH,i stayed 4 days there for a business and it has a good location, good facilities, wonderful staff especially Mrs.Yara she was soo helpful and welcoming,the rooms were sooo clean alomst like new and the bathroom as well,its really sound proof so no noise at all, internet free all over the hotel ,breakfast was good with different varieties. I think this hotel deserves to be rated as 5 stars and I strongly recommend it for every one :). Friendliest staff I have ever met who couldn't do enough for you. Hotel was fantastic including a great free breakfast that was always full of choice. Room was more like a suite and really luxurious. However, it was the staff who made the hotel special - absolutely wonderful!. Very nice view, at a walking distance to the University. Also, not far from other mulls, city center and mosque. Excellent wifi, and Internet service. I actually ask to use the printer from my email, and they allowed me to print my documents in no time. The location is very good. The staff are co-operative and friendly, details we ask about the sight seeing are provided without any hesitation. I would recomend for traveller's who are looking for budgeted hotel to stay. Ms. Yara, the Guest Relationship Manager offered us exceptional Service. She made sure that our requirements were met fully. The breakfast was not having a lot of varieties even when we order omelette, they ask us to stick to the menu available. Otherwise, it just acceptable. There was also noise of repair in the other rooms but fortunately they change our room to the other wing which is more comfortable. When we ask sometime takes long time to get, for example we have asked for hair dryer and three pin plug which are suppose tobe there in the room for 4 star hotel but not available taken long time to get. My room was close to the club, so there was little noise from there. They could improve on the quality and quantity of food served for breakfast. Didn't offer tea & coffee inside the rooms location is far from tourist sites or the town center, but the taxis are cheap to hire inside Amman. Nothing really. Unfortunately the "hot" breakfast was cold. When we pointed this out to staff at breakfast, they put things right. The Breakfast is quite modest. What I didnt like was when a coach tour was staying overnight there was never enough food for all the guests.the chefs didnt think to cook anymore. Nothing really. Nothing. Everything was good. The food needs an improvement. Over priced buffet style dinner. Rather eat out. I did not like the pastries and croissants in the breakfast, they were a little bit too dry. Nothing that I can think of !. Smoke smell. It is close to my business with the University of Jordan and it is comfy and has a relaxed atmoshere. No praying area in the hotel. the hotel access card wasn't very user friendly . The chairs in the room and in the lobby are not very comfortable. little far from downtown. The hotel's location Needs renovation. Location a bit far from downtown. Breakfast. Also not a place for your tummy. There's abig lamb shine towards who's need to stand in balcony. Like in many other hotels the partition on bath, that prevent shower water to getting out, is short. And as the result of this, when you take shower a water going out of bath. Nothing. I usually swim in the afternoon which is not available bec.weddings parties,,,,. Nothing. The bed wasnt so Comfortable and room was not as superior as expected. they dont provide kettle in the room, we need to drink coffe N tea, should provide in T room. Location and room. there is no comment. There is no compliments in the room (no tea, no coffee, no free water). Location is far to anywhere if you do not visit Jordan university or somewhere in west Jordan. 1) Rooms were quite small. 2) No bathroom slippers in the room. 3) Food & other hotel excursion activities were quite expensive.
