The hotel is well located, niear Shin- Yokohama station (shinkansen, jr lines and subway). However remember that Shin-yokohama is not the same as Yokohama and you need to take a train to get to the centre of the town The location is very convenient if you have a jr Pass and you plan to take shinkansen in order to go to places like Kyoto, Osaka or even to downtown Tokyo. The staff was very helpful. I made a reservation for a non smoking room, but apparently it was a smoking one but deodorized. (.

The Limousine Bus to Haneda Airport takes about 45 minutes. From Shin-Yokohama Shinkansen Station, via bullet train it takes about 20 minutes to Shinagawa Station in Tokyo, 80 minutes to Nagoya, 130 minutes to Kyoto and 200 minutes to Osaka. Please be informed that direct limousine buses to Narita Airport is no longer available. The hotel has a Green Program. Guests staying 2 nights or more can choose not to have their room cleaned, and will receive a discount in return. The hotel's fitness centre is closed 2 days per month.
