Having stayed at the Family Inn Saiko for almost a week I have to say that the whole experience has been a truly pleasant one! Quiet neighbourhood to see real Japanese life and 10 mins to metro for easy access to tourist spots. We enjoyed the experience an

Location - very close to Ueno station, sauna facilities (I started and ended every single day in there - they are brilliant), cleanliness, cost and the "relax" room - basically, a room full of very comfortable easy chairs with blankets and individual tv to kick back after the sauna (or really, any time you like). If you're reading this in English, you're probably considering a capsule hotel just for the experience... and it IS an experience. Expect to see lots of exhausted and frazzled business-types.
