All the staff were extremely helpful, very polite and very friendly. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to/from Haneda airport and was only a 10 minute bus ride. The room was very clean, compact but comfortable with it's own toilet/shower cubicle, it also had a kettle for drinks/heating snacks and a small fridge, opposite the hotel was a 7-11, the hotel also had snack/drinks machines in the lobby. Also included in the price was breakfast which I have to say was very tasty, western/Japanese catere.
all reviews » The staffs are really friendly. We stayed there on the first day upon arrival to Tokyo. Then on the last day before we head back to home there are couple of hours when we want to do a short tour in Shibuya. Just tried our luck to see whether we can leave the luggage and yeap... the staff are willing to help although we did not stay there during that day....impressive. Free shuttle bus from Haneda airport to hotel. Very convenient for passengers arriving via AirAsia's late flight. Breakfast provided, both Western and Japanese. Clean and comfortable. Was perfect location for our car hire (from Nissan rent-a-car, 2 minutes away on the same road by foot). It was extremely good location with Otorii Station less than 50 m , surrounded by supermarkets and eateries. What can u ask for more? Room are not big but comfortable though toilet is rather small. Hotel is close to a number of eateries for a meal before the flight. It is located near the Haneda Intl. Airport. Struggle with my daughter during midnight certainly feeling fearful. hard beds small pillow. It's a very basic hotel and with a tiny bathroom. Fine for one night if you're in transit or heading out early in the morning/arriving late at night, but not for any longer. Tokyo was many other great options!. The rooms are small and the internet connection does not run OK (slow and sometimes it is lost in the room).
