The bed were clean and comfortable. The location was convenient and easily accessed from the airport. Staffs were friendly and helpful.If you don't speak Japanese , it's not a problem, the staffs can converse well in English. The bathroom and tub were standard American size not the Japanese size which we liked. The triple room was comfortable for 4 of us. Having a huge mall and aquariam in the complex was a big plus.

This hotel should be a 2 star hotel and really this hotel give me a very bad experience with letsbookhotel.com, every thing is just below zero and the staff are really below the average and they just know one word "our hotel policy " eg. Check out is 11 Am, one key , they have to copy of your. Had to walk some distance to the train station. The heater was not working , thus the room was too cold. No wi-fi in the room, had to stay at the lobby to use the internet. The price was on the upside at nearly 300 dollars a night. Nothing. 1. I don't like the cover bed I prefer a blanket. 2. I Suggest put more tea bags and coffee. The original room we got had a smelly bathroom, so we complained about it. Afterwards, we got upgraded from the 7th to the 30th floor and the room was significantly different, better maintained and the beds are of better quality. Too bad they have such differences within one hotel. Bathrooms very small. Price is a bit overly high. Worst was wifi was only available in busy crowded lobby which even at the best of times cut in and out. We did ask for non smoking room but got a smoking room. The room is rather small and aging. the room small but enough only for sleep. although it is not so important channel TV only in japanese. Old furnitures, poor internet. the room is expensive. 1. The hallways smelled like smoke 2. The rooms are quiet old, some of the room furniture shows signs of wear 3. The staff wasn't very helpful 4. Limited facilities, such as no exercise room 5. the location in Ikebukuro is far from central tokyo. Room is too small and old.
