In few words - I loved my stay and I loved Japan!!! The room is very well equipped, everything is new. Tv, fridge, air moisturizer/ionizer, conditioner... Hotel provides you with everything - soap, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, tea, electric kettle....there is a 'smart' toilet with bidet function. WiFi is available. The staff was friendly, they made reservation for tea ceremony at my request. If you do not change bed sheets for a day they give you free bottled water. Great location -2 metro.
all reviews » I stayed at a Sotetsu hotel earlier, that one was already fully booked and based on the good experiences there I decided to book this hotel. Its near to the subway station.. Which is a really plus! The hotel staff is extremely friendly and however I communicated in Japanese mostly their English ability is better than average for Japanese people. I travelled a lot this trip in Japan and came back to this hotel 4 times this November. The staff remembers your name and is honestly interested in you. First, the staff was very helpfull and nice, they can speak english. As a couple of students learning japanese and english, we've been able to understand everything and to make ourselves understood. It is a very clean place as it seems relativaly new. The western breakfast served in the morning is a buffet-type of deal, very generous for 600yen. The big plus is the location : between two stations ( which are on 2 different lines), makes it really easy to go everywhere in Tokyo. Room always clea. The rooms are small but good for Japan! The toilet is ace as it's a shower toilet, a treat for us Brits, fresh laundered pjs daily, you can pick up bath salts & tea when you like, the area of nihombashi is lovely, there are several subway stations to use, the staff are very helpful just a little shy of speaking English, if you are travelling on the cheap one thing you have to do is the Robot Restaurant it's mind blowing!!. Very close to Suitengumae and Ningyocho Station. You can simply get a Limousine Bus in Narita or Haneda Airport to TCAT station that is connected to Suitengumae Station. Feel cozy and clean. They serve breakfast with a fee. Many stores and inexpensive restaurants near the hotel. Complete amenities such as hair dryer, towels, robes, toothbrush/toothpaste, shampoo and other toiletries. The staff is nice,can speak English. The room is comfortable, not big but it's enough. Location is not far from the Ningyocho(人形町) subway station, easy to find a restaurant no matter how late. They offer lotion、cleanser、make-up remover for ladies,also there are some tea bags、lotion and bath powder in lobby for free. And you can borrow the shoes dryer,it's very sweet. Hotel is very well organized, perfectly clean and with very friendly and helpful staff. The room is equiped with a lot of helpful stuff, ranging from water-boiler, to tea, plug-changer to charge mobile phones and laptop, etc. Wi-Fi was accessible in the room and everywhere else around the hotel. It's also hard to find it by english name in google maps, but if you search by the japanese name it's much more easier: 相鉄フレッサイン日本橋人形町 I really recomend it. Small room but well organized. I was alone but took a double room, which was ok for one. For two it could be a little tight. Close (3 min.)to subway A,H,Z. Free bottle of water if one keeps the towels and bedsheets for next day. Small refrigediator keep drinks cold. Close to subway stations and the City Air Terminal. Local area has good, cheap restaurants and nice bars. Lots of convenience stores. Wifi worked perfectly, laundry facilities were good. If you use hotel toiletries, they were good and plentiful. The Hotel is really great. Everything is clean and new. The staff was friendly, helpful and can communicate in English (very important) There are a lot of shops and resturants in the area, so I recommend to travel in the streets near the hotels. What is called double looks more like single room. The noise, building site across road, they start early, the noise from people in the hotel echoes, it has an atrium and even the hotel says the way the building has been designed noise carries. We asked at the frontdesk information to visit the fish market, and they send us to the market in a holiday day. Very small, but fine with the budget only one stuff can speaks both English and Chinese. others just can speaks japanese. Rooms are a bit small, but probably not unusually so for Tokyo. too late for check in. nothing. Coffee only available at certain times I would of liked it available all day. Small breakfast selection. Only the rooms are not perfectly sound-isolated so you wouldn't be able to sleep after 10 because the staff is cleaning other rooms. not easy to find. very small. There weren't a JR station close to the hotel. The bedroom was very new but a bit small to fit with our luggage.
