Very happy with a clean comfortable room, central to Tokyo Bay staff very helpful with language barriers. Hotel had restaurant reasonable pricing, Lawsons mini market and central to train station etc. The hotel is very clean, close to Disney and big sight and the city is very accessible. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good. Neighborhood is very clean. It was close to Tokyo marathon end point.
all reviews » near to disneyland & disneysea with convenient use of shuttle ... lot's of things to do in odaiba area ... the family loved the 100 yen shopping stores ... convenient shuttle to haneda airport. I enjoyed every bit of my trip in Tokyo. Friendly Japanese people, delicious sea food, very excellent public transportation, lot of good shopping centers and very clean city. Very clean in the room and friendly staff. Not far from hotel to Big Sight centre or Metro station. Convenience store Lawson located on second floor is quite convenient. Convenient store is just at level 2. There is also a mailing service at level 1. There are 2 train station nearby about 5mins walk. Free shutter bus from hotel to Disney. very good location, with a year-old baby is just fine! the hotel staff is very friendly, helpful. convenient that the Lawson store located on the 2nd floor. Free shuttle to disney resort. Direct airport limousine bus. Easy access to city center. Close to train station. Nice quiet area. The hotel was within walking distance to the train and subway stations through the Panasonic building. It has a 24 hr convenience store and the rooms are nice. There are many restaurants close by in the other business buildings close by. Within walking distance (1 train stop) to large shopping mall. Convenient Store 24 hours per day, clean, and carefully considered to put everything you may need, Even Pijamas, toothpaste and tooth brush, etc. The location, the prize, the staff. Beside being close to the "Big Sight" exhibition centre, there is actually nothing much to talk about. Nothing. All was very good only stayed one night before flying home. 45 minutes from Shinjuku... did not have any workout equipment or a place to excercise in the hotel. The breakfast dishes almost the same every day, just tiny different. No complimentary water in room. not a very large selection of dishes at the restaurant and bar, but in the business center opposite this is no problem. bed in the room, and the room itself is small. They sell, not lend, the plug converter for 1000¥. Real price around 600¥. Other hotels lend for free. we got told the Disney shuttle comes at 9am, so my girlfriend and i were downstairs the next day at 9am to find the shuttle has left ,we were like you told us 9am,but be careful this is how the shuttle works ,it always comes 10 minutes before 9am and leaves exactly at 9am ,should be the other way around but that's the only problem we had . No wireless internet. Cable internet in the room was ok (but not super-fast...). They don't have any wardrobe for hanging clothes in room. I didn't like much the location. Although is within Tokyo and few meters away from jr and Metro station, the lines that serves that region is not the easiest if you need/want to go to major areas such as Shinjuku, Ikebukuro or Tokyo central. However, it is extremely well located if you have something to do at Tokyo Big Sight. limited tv channel. The washing machine facilities were too limited for the size of the hotel. The rooms are small. lobby flooring tiles are too rough.. When you leave the train station the hotel name on the building is not in English. It is just to the left of the toc building just south of both train stations. The room was very warm and we could not regulate the temperature. We complained and they gave us a small fan?. Very Small. Not easy for a child who wants to run around. Breakfast was extremely Japanese style. Good Soups and Fish but no Cheese and very limited choice of bread. The breakfast, the lack of good restaurants and bars in the vicinity. Hotel staff not well trained and not friendly. Some of them don't speak good English and reluctant to provide assistance. If you need to go to airport early in the morning, you have no choice but to take the most expansive option----taxi. Most of the restaurants near the hotel are not opened even though they are still listed in the website.The remaining ones are limited in choice. Really inconvenient in terms of transport and food. The offered us a smoking room which was stinking. We have opted for a non smoking room and morever were travelling with a baby. Unfortunately we have to pay extra money to the sunroute ariake to get a non smoking room. This is absolutely riduclous and unfair practice. The staff was not cooperative and behaviour was also not.
