This is a big hotel. Located very close to Iidabashi subway station. Once we figured out the subway - in a day or so - this was very convenient. We were in and out a lot catching the subway from Iidabashi. There is a very nice bakery in the hotel. There is a Starbucks and a big 7-11 across the courtyard - actually in the next building but for all intents and purposes in the hotel. My wife is pregnant and everytime we ate there, the staff would bring her a pillow and blanket so she would be comfrotable. Requested an iron and ironing board before the trip and as soon as we arrived they took it straight up. Best staff ever. The hotel was excellent. We were a family of 5. The family room was big enough for two adults two teenagers and a child. The service was impeccable as the room. close to convenience stores, post office, restaurants, train station. Four good sized beds and separate toilet. convenince store. Big room, big bath, very friendly service, near to Iidabachi station, good starting point for sightseeing. Our double room was spacious, clean, and although the facilities aren't new, they didn't feel old either. Room cleaning, staff. Best hotel ever !. clean. By Tokyo standards nothing really. But our family room was quite basic and not that big. But then by Tokyo standards it was probably okay. The room and furnishings felt a bit basic to me since it was not that cheap. The staff were helpful without being as friendly as in other Japanese places where the staff seemed to go out of their way to be helfpul. The staff here certainly were not bad but not particulary effusive. Once again this may be a function of being in a big city. It was all pros for us. Nothing. couldnt work out how to use tv to watch local channels or english speaking shows. Waiting for breakfast. Nothing. I asked for the non-smoking room during the reservation,but they gave the smoking room for us.I asked to change the room,they wanted me to choose another 2 rooms(also smoking room).At last I insisted to have non-smoking room,they gave me one.I wander why they didn't give the room at first.I really very disappointed.I don't want to recommend the hotel.Their service is bad.
