We loved our corner room at the back side of the hotel with a nice view. We stayed in 8 different hotels around Japan (3 in Tokyo), and this was one of the best for the price. I left some money in my room and some documents. They went beyond what is necessary to return them to me. Fabulous service. Great location for nightlife. The rooms are small but they have everything you need. Also it is very close to the heart of Roppongi.

It is only 10 min by foot to get Roppongi hills and Tokyo Midtown. The room is very well designed and everything is just right for a business trip. Breakfast not included despite a high price. For free drinks, only Japanese tea, no water, no coffee and even sugar. the room was so small, if one person needed to use the restroom, and the other person was sitting at the desk, I would need to move....the room was basically the size of a bed...and the bathroom stunk badly of mold. The mold smell was pretty horendous. The room should only be purchased if used by one person...definitely not 2. Very small rooms. Cramped for 2 people. Very no- frills. Not great value for money. Not a convenient place for the underground. The room was dusty and the carpet dirty. very small rooms, no storage for clothes. Very small room. Unfriendly to passenger with baggages when go there by subway though it stand across the station. Crosswalk quite far around 500-600 meters from Roppongi-Ichome station. Not enough electric plug for whom has many devices. Check out at 11.00 am if you late check out (12.00 am) it will be charged for 2,000 Yen. Not worth for your money. I don't recommend for family.
