  I will remember this place as the one of the best I stayed in Japan. Staff was awesome and very helpful, room was big and we had a great view on the Hakone mountains. There is also onsen that is open 24/7. Hotel is placed bit a side of the main routes which some people may find troublesome, however it is only about 5 minutes to the bus stop that ... what people say » will take you to the every attraction in the area. THEY HAVE FREE SHUTTLE TO BB - The basic facilities provided are enough for budget travellers, like the hot water provided in every floor, nice pastries for breakfast including tea, coffee and juice. Share bathroom is very clean. The shutter bus provided is a plus as well. It is not easy to get dinner nearby so we took the advice from the other travellers, we got the bento or ate our dinner before we go back to the pension.
