Easy access to and from kyōbashi train station on the jr Osaka loop line. Daiei was a covered 2 min walk from hotel so we could easily go buy Japanese snacks to bring home for family and friends. Most of the front desk spoke pretty good English, so there wasn't a communication barrier. The rooms were clean and bigger than the rooms in Tokyo. The free Wi-Fi thoughout was awesome. Great stay for the price. Even if it were a little more expensive, it would still be a great hotel.
all reviews » This hotel took me by surprise. I just booked it for the location (close to Kyobashi station) so it would be easy to go to the airport the next day. But wow! What a hotel! It felt so luxurious! The staff was very friendly and helpful, it was very clean, the rooms were very spacious and the view from the room was amazing! I will definitely stay there on my next visit to Osaka. It was near the business area so I had to take a subway for sight seeing but was not a big deal. The hotel has a good onsen at 16th floor. You need to pay 1050yen, but you can enter limitmlessly within 24 hours so it worth trying a day. The room was very spacious when compared to the other Japanese hotels. The price is reasonable and I recommend this hotel. Although it was located at the Osaka Business Park, it was very convenient to move around Osaka from the train station, Kyobashi. There is a huge supermarket just at the JR train station and is linked to the hotel via a bridge. There is also a Macdonalds across the road. Fabric spray was provided with compliments that helped keep our coats fresh-smelling. Very easy access to jr kyobashi Station. Some trains go directly to kansai airport and Universal Studio. Furniture are a bit old style. the coffee facility in the room. you have to pay the bottled water in the fridge . downstairs coffee shop was shut when I stayed there so that you have not decent coffee whole day.
