What people say

The japanese style. Helpful staff. The hotel is old with rundown facilities that needs modernizing. Every room reeks of tobacco smoke. The restaurant is one big buffet for both breakfast and dinner and dishes are brought out in a rush. Visiting Nikko is to see the World Heritage shrines. This hotel is 1.25 hours away by bus and only offers one shuttle per day to Nikko station at 9:45 AM and return at 1:00 PM. Far too short to allow getting from the station to the shrines and visiting a bit.
