The staff was courteous and very helpful. They spoke enough english to assist me properly. The location is very close to a lot of things. The rooms were very clean and functional and the staff were nice. Comfort of beds Easy access to monorail. Easy access to monorail Varied breakfast choice. The beds were too hard. An iron was not included in the room, you had to go down to the front desk and ask for one. Late check-out was 2000 yen extra.
