  Most of the staffs are very nice & speak English well. One of the driver for the shuttle is very friendly. Room is very small as usual in Japan, but has everything we need. - located in 15 minutes walk from station, a minivan shuttle to and from railway station, clean rooms.

  This was our first experience staying at a Japanese Ryokan and we enjoyed this new experience! The room was clean and had nice amenities, such as free wi-fi, complimentary tea/water, a PC in our room, nice yukatas and sandals to wear to the onsen/bath. The 2 best things I liked about the Kyoka was the - My partner and I almost always stay in a ryokan when we visit Japan. Kyoya stands out for its spa facilities, traditional Japanese breakfast and the hospitality of the owner; Mr Hiro san. We stayed for 3 nights and a particular highlight was breakfast, each different from the last and a gastrinomique adventure.
