If you are not bothered about the place being a love hotel (and let's face it, all hotels are places where people, errr, go to "love each other"), its an awesome choice. Compared to the tiny rooms you normally see in Japan, this place was vast and had every possible facility. Super clean, well organised and amusing, in a love hotel kind of way. Large room, especially compared to a business hotel which would cost about the same. Everything about this hotel is just wonderful! I would like to rank it among one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in the world. Plus it's about only 10 minutes walk to Heian Jinko. The message chair was great. The choice of music on the surround sound. Th lighting and design of the room was second to none. The jacuzzi was excellent. Staff very good. Good location for sightseeing of Kion, ginkakuji, etc. And very large room, massage chair, and whirlpool bathroom help us. Also, breakfast was so good. Location is a bit far from the nearest sub-station or bus stop, especially if you carry a lot of luggage, you will find it troublesome. Most people in the area are not aware about the hotel's location. The area was was a bit quiet and even more quieter at night. There is no Nintendo Wii console as advertised in our room. The location of the hotel isn´t close to the main station. But it´s easy accessible by underground. They have a big selecion of movies, but only in Japanese. Communicating with the staff in English was difficult. Nothing much around the hotel but not far from a metro line.
