  The staff was wonderful. It was like home. It was a fantastic stay. Very traditional Japanese and made our vacation great. Great food and facilities. Close to the Gondola for skiing. I the middle of Happo-one and 2 min the bus station. I can highly recommend this hotel. 10/10

  The staff were so kind and helpful. They have the cutest daughter and very relaxed. The place was spacious and very clean. There are a couple of places to go out to eat close by, plus you have a fully equipped kitchen to use freely. The slopes aren't far at all. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything was great.

  Well we booked this hotel mainly because we wanted to utilize the patio hot tub and when we arrived we were told pipes were frozen so we could not use it. Pretty bummed out but at least they refunded us for half the cost of the room because of that. Other than that it was a nice cozy room, used the fire place and relaxed. Would come again but will... what people say » call ahead of time to make sure we can relax in the outdoor tub :) - It is away from other hotels/resorts in the middle of woods. Very refreshing. Nice design and very helpful staff. The hot snack and beverages are like god-sent when you come back after all the hard work on the slope!!
