What people say

Location was excellent both for mountain access and also for easy stroll to restaurants and bars. Staff were locals and helped as much as we needed. Great inside/outside Onsen within the hotel, and the included Japanese and Western breakfasts were buffet style and had a good range to choose from. A great hotel that doesn't lose it's local feel. Staff were very friendly although only spoke sufficient English to really hold a conversation with. Relaxed atmosphere and good storage for skis and boots. Breakfast was excellent.
