The staff were amazingly helpful. They helped me arrange travel back to
the Fukuoka airport the night before I had to leave on a very early
flight, even making a phone call to the airport on my behalf to discuss
what options were available at the next morning's early hour, and
helped me make calls since I didn't have a cell phone in Japan.

Staff was very nice and spoke english, which helped a lot. Rooms were small, which is typical in japan. The hotel was nicely decorated and everything was clean. It was a great value for the money. I would highly recommend it.
Great location. Only 7 minutes away from Hakata Station. Staff were very helpful and had great English. Rooms were beautiful, spacious, and the bed was large and comfortable. An incredible bargain for the price.

I got more than I expected from the hotel, the facilities, services and
the environment. The location was perfect, just about 10 minutes walk to
