  Daichan house is a small guest house of a little family. They are so kind and helpfull. Daichan helped us a lot during our stay at Yakushima. He helped us to know every detail about how to go to each place we wanted to visit and he helped us too to reach most of the places. I recommend this guesthouse to every traveller who want to stay at Yakushi... what people say » ma. We love Daichan! - Very friendly owner, who cooked dinner for us while we only paid for the ingredients. Brought us around the area and told us some very hilarious jokes.

  We had a room with view onto the Chinese sea. It was really nice. There was a big pot of cold Team in the fridge everyday which we enjoyed a lot. We had breakfast included which was very nice Japanese style breakfast with a variety of 7 different dishes right at you table and yoghurt, toast and pancakes available at the buffet.

  Anbo is a great location to take a bus for exploring the island. The guesthouse was very clean, airco, small tv. The owner helped me a lot with rebooking my Toppy Ferry ticket (got cancelled due to bad weather).

  The staff was amazing. The owner offered to book the Kayaking for us as well as book the 4AM bento for the nearby hike. Nice view on the river, very clean, quiet.
