  Hands down the best place we stayed at during our stay in Italy: an old farmhouse full of character, tastfully converted into comfortable hotel rooms using classy materials. A very quiet and beautiful area, yet close to both Modena and Bologna. Very hospitable young lady as a host.

  The farm is just magical. We arrived late, but that didn't stop Paolo from making us cocktails by the pool to welcome us and answer all of our questions about the regional food and wine, and Carlo told us about winemaking as well. The next morning, we took a look at the vinyards below (the view is amazing) and said hello to the many farm animals. ... what people say » Elisa and her sister were also very helpful and kind, despite organizing 30 children coming over for a "green week" lunch and day of taking care of th - Great Place to stay. I will go back to this place again. People are very friendly and service was excellent. The food was great.
