  The staff was welcoming and friendly - even before checking in, they offered information per email on what to do and see. Excellent location to view Etna - fresh air - short walk to the cableway. The room with a terrace is highly recommendable - it gave us a great view both to the sea and to the mountain. I recommend half board; the dinner alternatives were varied, the servings plentyful and the food was just v - Excellent hotel, walking distance from the cable car going up Mount Etna. We arrived late at night, but the man at the reception was extremely nice!! He explained all excursions, answered all of our questions (millions of them), and was able to share with us his love of the volcano. This certainly made our stay. The room was great, super clean, wifi is great.

  The leisurely pace of life away from the city of London. I gazed at Mount Etna from my window at every opportunity and it was awesome to see the changing landscape of Mount Etna. Easily the most fulfilling of my short breaks for peace and tranquillity. Residence Serra La Nave and staff were the icing on the cake! Can't wait to be in the comfort of the Residence Serra La Nave again! - Alessia and Aurelio took very good care of us. Provided us with good service and information and everything what we needed for our trip to Etna. PS: we missed coffee in the morning, but they offered it for us;) We visited the place during summer time, but its very good destination to spend your winter vacation as well!
