He drove down to Levanto so we could follow Jim and park our car for free.   Everything was super. Highly recommended. Fabio, the host, was extremelly helpful and provided useful travel and eating suggestions. Rooms and facilities are clean and well designed. The views were stunning and it was only a few minutes from the coast. Our apartment was great and we enjoyed our short stay. We will definitely go back in the Spring or Summer.

  This was the hight point of our vacation. The room was wonderful as was the view from our balcony. The staff was courteous and attentive and the breakfast just marvelous.   This hotel is really lovely. The staff is over-the-top helpful. I've never provided an after service comment - but in this case it seemed necessary. Services like the free shuttle and free use of the spa made us all feel very pampered. We will return.   Our stay at Hotel Carla was fantastic. The room had just been refurbished to a high standard. The bathroom was well equipped with a large and efficient shower. We had a balcony room at the side of the hotel and although the view was not brilliant it was very typically Italian. The room had hard floors and was kept very clean. Location was perfect. Not in centre of town which meant it was quiet but not a far walk either.
