The friendliness of the staff and the information received about restaurants nearby and the overall location within walking distance of tourist sights. Location - away from main tourist areas but close enough to most sites, accomodation good, very reasonable price. An small, excellent hotel, away from the crowds. Very romantic!. The location was ideal-close to the water taxi point and approx 10mins walk to the Rialto Bridge. Good value Bed and Breakfast-highly recommended-note breakfast brought to room as there are no dining facilites.School opposite ,behind wall ,early morning canal traffic which could wake up those who sleep in.Very friendly staff-Monique who will help with any queries but only at the hotel until 1pm. Beautiful room, clean, adequate bathroom, good breakfast. Good location for water taxis and short walk to St Marks square. Easy to get to airport from hotel. The room was nicely done. Due to the close location to the vaporetto stops, getting around was quite easy.location, cleanliness, staff were very helpful and pleasant. Location for Venice. the view from the room is super nice and very pretty , it was wonderful place to stay inside Venice. The location. Locality. The bathroom didn't have a real shower. One had to take his shower next to the WC, which is ok as a single person, but with two persons taking a shower one after the other it can be a bit of an annoyance.poor breakfast, why not use fresh bread and fruit? didn't change damp towels. bathroom was very small and had to take everything out of bathroom in order to shower. Meeting arrangements where we had to telephone the owner for them to come and meet us, is fine if you are from Europe and have a mobile phone that works. Unfortunately for us from Australia our mobiles did not work and we spent a great deal of time trying to find a public telephone to make the call.The breakfast was very poor, and we had to take it in the room with 4 persons and only 2 chairs ... A plain or savoury option included in the breakfast would be good.Small bathroom, terrible smell from sullage.
