We liked the manager Elisabeth/?/- helpful, speaking good English. The rest of staff was less efficient. The hotel map is very helpful, except a few confusing mistakes: 14 is Guggenheim, not Goldoni, 13 is wrong too. Please, review your map. location was good. The coffee was the best coffee I ever tasted. AT 3:00 everyday, 4 or 5 gondolas would go by with a man singing in the lead boat. Very romantic!.
