Room service only up to 9.30pm, no hot water one morning, no early breakfast available on day of departure. Relatively basic breakfast for price.It was very hot, but the staff quickly adgusted the heating. Also the bed pillows were very uncomfortable, hard and shollow. I asked for others pillows and that was done immediately. So no problems. small room,no elivator,breakfast with no vegtibels,small tv no loby , no coffy machin.The breakfast was a cold buffet which we weren't expecting. Hardly any choice and awful tea and coffee. We were offered a free water taxi ride to Murano Island which we accepted but were disappointed that we were not told that we would be dropped off at a glass factory and taken on a tour which lasted an hour and felt obliged to buy something. No Complaints All very good. The booking form said 'Junior Suite' but it turned out to be just a room with not particularly comfortable seating. breakfast poor, staff very unhelpful when there was a problem - no heating in room and no suggestions from staff was forthcoming or heater found, beds hard.
