Really enjoyed our stay here. Just realize that European hotels are
different from us cookie-cutter hotels. Tucked away from noisy tourist
crowds. Charming small pensione with fantastic views. Felt like a local.
Canal views from each room, favorite part of the day was opening a
bottle of proscecco and sitting in the window sill watching seranading
gondolas go by. Hot croissants, meats, cheeses, cappucinos for breakfast
complete with another canal view. Simona was great. Credit cards not a

Tiny shower in room 2 but gets the job done.
It's much better, lighter, bigger, more fresh on pictures than in reality. In reality the property is rather tired. It is good for just sleep. Very bad water outflow in shower. Maybe other rooms are better than we had.
Breakfast has poor choices and low quality products. The only balcony is at the breakfast room. My room was not tidy clean on arrival it got better after complaining.

This is not a "hotel". It should be clearly described on the internet for people selection.
No sign and direction to find the place. It almost turned to be a nightmare for our first day.
