  Wonderful villa type house, set in beautifully maintained gardens. Really warm Piedmont welcome, special place to park my motorbike as well. Lovely owners who were attentive but not intrusive. Spotlessly clean room and facilities. Simple but adequate breakfast. I was sorry to have to leave. Loved sitting on balcony watching trains go by on nearby... what people say » railway line; others may not like it as much, but rooms are double glazed with airconditioning so not a problem! - The grounds were first class. The room was spacious enough. The owners were helpful recommending a local restaurant. They had very little English.

  Clean, food superb, helpful, respectful staff, location terrific only 2-3 short blocks to train station yet did not feel like a train station hotel, recently updated, excellent baths, great value for money, rooms surprisingly large.
