Very Nice and spacious appartment in the historical centre of Trapani. Fantastic view (we had the view of the historical centre) The hostess was very kind and upon my request she had gone out of her way to buy a bunch of roses for my wife. On our last day we got to stay in our room a bit longer than normal 'check out'-time and after that she kept our luggage safe until the afternoon, when we had to go to the airport. Thank you! Highly recommendable!.
all reviews » The fantastic view of the sea, the great air conditioner, the ultra- clean room, the fast check-in, the terrific locaton on Via Garibaldi-the baroque restaurant/bar street where all the action is; next door to the Excusive Lounge - the best food in town!. We liked that it was central and close to good restaurants, stores and the beach. Bus service is good and close too.This is not a hotel but instead apartments, which was nice for a change. Everything. A clean and practical residence, well equiped in the center of old Trapani. No problem wirh noice and a wonderfull view of the sea. Located on a restricted street, so there is no traffic. Tons of restaurants and close to the port. Good shopping. Location - it is located on the main pedestrian street in Trapani; Clean and nice spacious room. The view through the window was just awesome. It is at the very centre of the town, so it is very accessible to all amenities. Lift is available. Air conditioned. good location in the old city.. The booking for 4 was a queen bed plus a sofa couch, rather than 2 bedrooms as thought. The assets made up for this as we were only a couple who wanted two beds, but we would have been upset if we were 4 people. But they only charged for 2. We didn't like that when we arrived there was no one there to greet you.it took a while to figure out there was a number on the door to call. You then had to wait until she showed up.There is no place to leave bags if your flight leaves after you check out at 10am. We where told to leave them in the hall and that they would be safe. If you come by car there is no free parking sites close to the residence but in reasonable walking distance free parking at Vittorio. No problem to find p-site if you park between 13.30-16.00. Beds are a little hard. - Noisy if you don't have a sea view room as above the main street and loud bar below - Would be nice to have had a few kitchen basics such as cloth and washing up liquid. Just a detail but because cleaning is just every four day a brush or some other cleaning material would be useful in the room. The sensible sleeper should be aware of the noice from the street below. No cooking equipment such as pans and plates, which is bizarre as there is a oven, hob and fridge. Therefore you cant fully utilise the apartment and cater for yourself. Arrived on a Sat. and got a room facing the "Historic City Centre" Btw overlooking the "Historic City Centre" = loud ... not just loud but L O U D. Thumping music and crowd yelling / screaming until 4:00 AM. If you tend to nod off at Raves or have been known to fall asleep at the 1st row at rock concerts, you'll be fine. Otherwise ... bring earplugs ... even those don't help. Poor internet through WiFi. Too noisy at night if you're light sleeper. Kitchen not well equiped. Check out at 10 AM. Public parking (no fees) around 10 mins walk, not possible to park rented car close to apartment doors. As result of no provided dish soap some of the dishes were dirty . pillows were super thin and communication could have been better. I suggest taking a deposit would help. Too noisy at night. Not recommended for light sleepers. Toiletries are not provided. Kitchen utensils are sparse. Unless one asks, towels will not be changed. Sofa beds are not comfortable. Bed sheets are only changed once a week, and you have to ask for the service. You have to call on mobile phone to reach the landlord. No other means of communication. not possible to go to hotel by car, long way to go with travelbags to parkingplace. EXTREMLY noisy from the the partystreet below. use earplugs if you want to sleep.
