  This is a very modern hotel in a nice quiet location above Lake Garda--but not too far from the lakeside towns at the scenic north end of the lake. Our room had a balcony with mountain views, but it was too cool to use when we were there. Parking outside the hotel was somewhat limited, but we were able to park in their basement garage using a car ... what people say » elevator (interesting experience!). Wifi did not work well for us, but hotel manager tried hard to fix it. Very nice breakfast room and nice breakfast - the view from the balcony up-to-date furniture in the room parking (although it is quite narrow) walking path to the Garda lake (although half of the distance is not lightened, thus a bit scary in the night) breakfast on the terrace with view on the mountains
