  The very old farmhouse dating back to 1600 amidst an olive orchard at the foot of the Madonia Mountains is one of the most impressive places where we were ever staying. There are six elegantly and stylishly furnished rooms, lounges and dining rooms in a restored stone building from which one can feel a long history of building. Totally out of hust... what people say » le and bustle of today the stay here brings complete rest and relaxation and at the same time understanding the true Sicilian interior unaffected by t - There are stunning views from the gardens and pool area. It is beautifully quiet and peaceful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Above all the evening meals are delicious. We have rarely eaten food so simply presented but so full of delicate flavours. These meals are served as traditional fare so don't expect a menu from which you can choose your favourite. You are served a four course feast that does not disappoint. When we return to Sicily, we will definitely stay again.
