Location was great, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early well before check in and they made sure our room was ready within an hour. The rooms are lovely, clean and modern, the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is stylish and comfy all at once. The ceiling is very cool. Katja at the reception desk is incredibly helpful. Very good location, in the center of old Roma. Rooms renovated with a delicate, contemporary taste,in an old traditional building. Very good breakfast and totally nice and helpful staff. Our room was very nice and comfortable, and we loved the location - right in the middle of all the action day and night! The breakfast food was hearty and diverse.Was very close to the Trevi fountain and the restaurant next door was great value (and apparently run by the same family who own the Trevi BandB. the location could not have been any better. the breakfast was the perfect start to the day, and the room was very nice and comfortable.wonderful friendly staff. very knowledgeable about the area. good English speaking skills. would recommend highly. Street noise is a problem. The mini bar was broken for 4 days.Would appreciate a less on how to use air conditioner. The stairs were a bit steep for moving heavy luggage!! but otherwise no complaints at all.Public area doesn't has air condition. Breakfast was not bad, but not as good as breakfasts we had in the previous week at hotels in Germany. No elevator. Nothing. We would definately recommend the hotel to anyone. Larger safe for laptop.We booked through the Hotel for a tour to the Vatican - the tour group didn't come to get us as planned, and the young lady on the reception desk at the hotel was not very helpful in trying to rectify the situation. No elevator (but not a major problem). The lack of elevator....also it is a little bit difficult to find... A strong, someimes overpowering, sour stench occupied the bathroom. Possibly coming from the wastepipe in the sink.Our room was not air conditioned and breakfast was poor. improve breakfast.
