The Owner is an interesting lady who keeps the place in a perfect way. Room are spacious with a large bathroom. The guest house is on the 3th floor of a old nice building. It is really nice and you will have the feeling to be in house more than a Hotel. It is safe and well located. In front of Hotel you will find Salsameria, go there for Breakfast and Lunch, amazing food and cheap price. location (2 min to metro or 10 min walk to the very centre, but the area itself is nice as well - for shops, cafes etc) service.
all reviews » The hotel was near the Lepanto station, in a quiet neighbourhood, near some shops and restaurant. Good location, as is near the Vatican. Very walkable. The house keeper Sonia, was very friendly and helped us check in. Fortunately she had texted us asking our arrival time a few days before and we responded by sending a message via letsbookhotel.com. Rooms and bathroom were comfortable, clean and modern. We enjoyed our stay here. Sonia even left us a key throught the front door, so that we can le. Good location, quiet, elevator to third floor. Nothing - I suppose the bath was nearly ok - renovated - but bits were already falling off the wall. wifi didn't always work. We couldn't find the hotel name itself on the doorbell, so was quite confusing at first, but luckily the housekeeper was waiting for us. The free wifi was really slow and difficult to connect to. The air con was not strong enough, so the room was stuff at times. No staff on site. "Breakfast basket" contained crackers, cookies, and juice box, and wasn't refilled every night. Shampoo provided but not refilled. Facilities in need of repair (toilet broken upon check-in, bathroom door off hinges, shower hose leaked badly). No wifi in rooms farthest from lobby. No phone in room. Mini bar had wrong prices. There is no reception at the hotel and so if you have any problem no one will solve it. We did not have hot water the last day and the owner didn't answer the phone. Beds are extrimely unconfortable. They do not even replenish the bath gel. Everything -hidden inside an ancient office building, dismally lit corridors - so called "breakfast" is a small basket with a few bisquits and baby tetrabrik of orange juice I LEFT THE USED TOWELS ON THE FLOOR AND WALKED OVER THEM - WHEN I GOT BACK IN THE EVENING, THEY WERE HUNG UP, DIRTY AND CRUMPLED, FOR ANOTHER DAY'S USE off-hand receptionist arrives only on prior appointment this for 94 euros? You must be joking Oh, and you only get a bill for 90 euros!.
