It's not right inside the city center, you can't visit interesting places by walking which means It's a nice area for residents. The staff was so nice and helpful. The rooms were clean. Check-in only after 1 p.m., I was there at 11 a.m. but they gave me keys from luggage room. If you don't know the way from metro to hotel it can be hard to find it at the first time. They didn't throw our rubbish for 2 days before my departure. The wi-fi was a little slow in the room I had but it works fine in other areas. Atmosphere is not so relaxed or dynamic, everyone just stay at room, it's not like a hostel. Hope you can improve on this. Shower room. The shower curtain can be seen through. - They charge extra 2 euros for a towel. it was too cold during the night cause the air condition can not be adjusted; breakfast is not so good,no fruit or vegatables and bread is too sweety. so many people using shower because rooms hasnt got own bathrooms. Double deck bed. I can't put the finger on anything. Nothing. Elevator wasnt working. Staff was not the friendliest, and with a large group staying there it was very loud at times. Electricity was out for over 24 hours and was an internal problem as people next door still have power. Only received a small refund for the night. Also wifi was weak and barely worked. long circulation beds are old. sink flow didn't work. none. Spent 3 nights but didn't find out anything uncomfortable. nothing but the location. little bit far from center. The electric plug is not enough in room. It is little bit noisy and the shower room is very small and difficult to take a shower. there's no hair dryer. Wifi is connect poor in many people use it. Breakfast is soso. After the morning cleaning shift the commont bathroom and toilet get dirty and it's not that appieling to go any more. Also the price for a towel is 2 euros extra and it's not even a good towel just a cloth. The restroom needs to be checked more often. It was out of toilet paper and paper towels for a day, and the sinks were clogged and full of dirty water. The location is not an idea for first time tourists. However, get your info from the staff where and which bus to take to the central station. Then start your day from there. Very noisy, air conditioning didn't work and staff wasn't very responsive about getting fixed. no towels!!! It would be better if they group people in the same age in a room because there was a woman in our room that all time she complained and during night I could not sleep because of her snore!. not enough electric plugs in the room. Noisy cleaning crew, not a great location, not a friendly staff, not enough outlets. 1.the staff's English is poor and they are not so patience. 2.the adaptor in the room are not fit for international adapters and not enough adapter for everyone. 3.there are only three room for shower and no lock on the door. 4.the location of the hostel is poor and not easy to find 5.few tourist information are provided by the hostel 6.there is no kitchen in this hostel.
