all reviews » The staff were amazing and could not do enough to make you feel welcome. It was a small, boutique hotel that offered little extras to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable; for example they arranged a massage in the hotel, flowers in our room and catered for our gluten free diets. Eating breakfast on the terrace at any time that suited us, overlooking the city was a great start to every day and then in the evening we could relax in the roof top spa pool. Would definitely stay again. Great service & very friendly staff, 2x hot tubs on roof terrace with lovely view, complimentary Bottle of Prosecco in the room, modern furniture, cute little balcony off room, excellent "rain" shower, perfect central location for Colloseum/Piazza Navona/Vatican etc... Double glazing blocked all noise from busy street below :). Immediately on arrival we were made to feel comfortable, like friends who had come to stay for a few nights. The location was perfect. We felt like Rome was ours for the weekend. Breakfast served on the terrace in the sunshine overlooking Rome. Evenings after dinner relaxing with drinks before retiring to bed. Highly recommended. the hotel is generally a backpacker hotel standard but the suite i stayed in is absolutely 5 star. the best things are the 2 hot tube on the roof which is connected to our suite. Though they are for public use, we occupied the whole thing at night with our champagne provided by the hotel with the view of rome. it is awesome. The location was very central and just perfect for exploring Rome by foot. The jacuzzi looked fantastic although we didn't get to use it and loved the decor of the rooms. The elevator is really small and the rooms are on the 5th floor (but being an old building is understandable). the rooms are not soundproofed. Nothing. Shower and hand wash are inside the room. Room gets wet Rooms are very close you hear the noise. No chair in thr room. Unstable lift. Breakfast was served outside in a tent on the roof, Perfect when sunny and warm, but not in 8 deg. strong wind and rain. We asked the staff for a dinner reservation but they forgot so we had to remake plans for Friday evening in Rome.
