The staff is very nice; the room bright, clean, comfortable and modern. There is a big balcony and a big tv in the common room. Breakfast was good with fresh croissants every morning, yogurth, coffee and juice. The owner will give you a map and a lot of advices about where to go, what to see and where to eat (typical Roman dishes, at a very cheap price!). The area around is full of shops and a supermarket (CONAD) is very close if you need some drinks or fruits or sandwiches to carry around the.
all reviews » I definitely adored staying here! It wasn't like staying in a typical hotel, it seemed like visiting old friends' apartment! Everything is supercosy! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, very nice bathroom. Furniture is new. They have a wonderful terrace where simple but superdelicious breakfast is served. I suppose it's the best place for people who visit the city for the first time. Francesco is always glad to help as for getting around Rome, he will give a piece of advice where to go and w. Extremely polite staff, cosy and comfortable rooms, nice terrace with peaceful view. I personally adore the San Giovanni zone, as I lived there for a while. First time we visit Rome. the B&B was a perfect location to visit Rome. just near by the metro. The host was fantastic, took care for everething. They recommended great places to eat and even took us to an amazing taramisu place called "Pompi" amazing! I highly rec this beautiful bed and breakfast! Amazing just amazing!. This was a great place to stay. Francesco was extremely friendly and suggested places to go etc. Breakfast was really good and was prepared to set it up on the balcony. Was a 20 minute walk to the Colosseum so really good location. All in all a great place to stay and I will definitely stay there the next time I am in Rome.
