Fabrizio the owner was enormously helpful with information and
communication before we arrived. Michelle the Manager could not have
done more to help and everything was immaculate and well organised. The
location was wonderful as it is really close to the centre and we could
walk everywhere. We appreciated Fabrizio arranging a taxi for us from
Civitivecchia port and also to the airport. The place is small but the

The B & B has beautiful authentic rooms. Breakfast was very good. The location is excellent. All the major sights were in walking distance. But the best off the B & B was Michelle. She run the B & B allone, and did it with a professional flair. Always smiling and helping with everything like restaurants, taxiservice. We asked for some background music with the breakfast, and the next day there was some soft music. Simply the best.
The location of the B&B was fabulous. We were steps from all sorts of wonderful sights and restuarants. The staff was very helpful and accomodating, even providing suggestions on places to visit and where to eat. Our room was lovely and very spacious. This is very small but unique place to stay. We would definitely reccommend this B&B.

The superior room was very nice, with a lot of space and quaint
decoration. The location is excellent, very close to Castel
Sant'Angelo, which also means you are withing walking distance of
the major Roman attractions.
Room was a very high standard in terms of space and finish in an absolutely perfect location. Staff were so helpful in ensuring our stay was perfect. The B&B was the best we have stayed in.

Hotel was very close to the main attractions for Rome. You can walk trevi fountain, spanish steps, vatican and train station. Good breakfast.

The rooms are unfortunately a bit noisy, as they are right next to a
busy pedestrian street. The main complaint would have to be that the
breakfast wasn't fresh every day, and whatever was leftover from the
previous day would be made available on the next day again.
It was a bit noisy at night despite the shutters.
The hotel has no door like normal hotel, its like an apartment but its fine for us. The room was good but there is bo slippers.
