The room and the bathroom are painted and furnished in clean white color and in excellent condition. We liked that the room allows a great amount of natural light to seep through big windows. Wifi signal strength and the speed are terrific. We felt safe walking back to the hotel from the metro station in the night time. The neighborhood is quiet but doesn't have much to explore except one local convenience store. Exit from Bologna Metro Station to eat out instead. The hotel owner and staff e.

We were also able to use their computer and printer to print out our tickets to the Vatican. Very clean spacious and modern rooms, beds and towels changed daily if required. Also a great location close to the metro just 2 stops from Termini station. Overall a really lovely place with very friendly staff!!!. The accomodations were spacious and clean. The owners and staff were extremely helpful and friendly and recommended dinner places for both nights of our stay and we were not disappointed. They provided maps of Rome and circled the points of interests and gave us the best directions on how to see and do everything we wanted to accomplish. However i brought earplugs as i always do so it was no problem. The breakfast could have been a bit more expansive. It was only pastries, juice, tea, or coffee. The shower did run out of hot water one time but honestly had to struggle to think of something I didn't like. Internet connection works on and off, hot water only lasts 5-6 minutes for shower (do not plan on a nice long hot shower, get in and get out). Hot water supply is suspect but it could be specific to our room. Yes, one hears the metro (occasionally) and yes one hear a plane pass over (occasionally) but to me it was not disturbing in any way. One small remark only to the bathroom. Nice bath, but no shower due to the height of the roof. The bath was really nice, a separarate shower would be great. Some savoury options for breakfast would be nice (although the sweet stuff is really good). The breakfast could contain yogurt or cheese or ham, not only sweets. it was a bit hard to find the place when we went out of metro at the first time.It is not in the city center but still good location.More sings could be help The breakfast was too sweet.There could have been more options. Breakfast could have been more varied (good coffee though!). There was a problem in the shower and the bathroom's ground was continuously wet. Even if I adviced about it to the employer working in the hotel the problem wasn't solved. No closet, no full body mirror, bad Wi Fi, room is very small (the pictures are taken from a very flattering angle), poor breakfast - coffee and pastry. Limited parking spaces, but when lucky you van park for free!. The fact that I couldn't stand up in the bath tub due to the slanted ceiling (in the "room with terrace"). a little bit noise from the street, breakfast can be better. no complaints. Very very bad hotel. Never back there.
