Staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean and comfortable, roof terrace bar was lovely, breakfast was excellent in beautiful surroundings, hotel was in a good area. The thing I liked most was the location and polite staff.Very good. Non smoking room was booked, but offfered accomodation was on smoking floor. The staff were polite, hotel services were awful. I had to book a laundry service because we weren't allowed an iron to press my shirt and my girlfriends' blouse. We were going to a wedding the following day and the items weren't even collected causing great complications on the morning of the wedding. We ordered a sandwhich from room service that took 45 minutes, we were going out when it arrived.
