1. Location - the hotel location could not have been better for site seeing. All major sites were within walking distance. 2. Staff - Everyone was friendly and helpful. 3. Price - The cost per night with breakfast was very reasonable 4. Breakfast - Plentiful and something to suit all tastes 5. Accommodation - We booked two double rooms and were pleased to be given a suite with two bedrooms with bathroom /shower adjoining both. An excellent arrangement for a family.

Clean rooms - friendly staff – OK breakfast and the very big plus no doubt must be the location - you'll reach all the "must see" sites by foot within a maximum of 10-15 minutes!!!. Hotel was brilliant, great location, staff were really helpful and the breakfast buffet was amazing, brilliant for setting you up for a good day of sighseeing. The location was only a 10min walk form the colusseum and Trevi fountain, everything in Rome was accessible on foot, the longest walk being to the Vatican at 40mins, but there was heaps to see on the way. Everything! The helpful and competent staff. The rooms are comparable with a suite in space, interior and comfort. The spa bath. The fantastic variety of the breakfast buffet. The vicinity to all the sights in the city. It has been a 5 star experience for the price of 3. We will go there again at any time.Everything! The traffic noise was loud if you slept with the windows open, but that is probably a problem in any hotel in downtown Rome.We found it most comfortable. There was no heat in the room and the weather was cool. However, there were extra blankets.Breakfast was a little short, but still very good. We arrived on short notice so they put us in a very small room (yet confortable), but all the other rooms were big. There was no tea or coffee Facility in the rooms and a shower curtainwould have been handy when taking a shower. dining room was a bit cramped and bathroom was a bit dated. The rooms were very noisy (sound from the street).the lift to 3rd and 4th floors was not adequate. No tea/coffee facilities in the room. Maybe it can provide wireless internet in the room in the future for the people with laptop. The lift was very old fashioned. It was in a cage and it only operated depending on the door being shut. Sometimes we would go to use it and the people who used it last hadnt shut the door therefore the lift would not come back down so we had to use the stairs. After a long day walking the streets of Rome taking for flights of stairs was hard!. The rooms were a little outdated but we barely stayed in our room. only one small thing,the air conditioning unit in our room was old and made quite a lot of noise.

Travelling information

From Termini Station:
The hotel is about 1.5 km (one mile) from Termini Station.

By taxi:
Leave the station from the front exit and go to the Official Taxi Rank. Official taxis have a light on top and code numbers on the side door. Do not go with anyone that comes up to you in or around the station area that offers to help you with your luggage telling you to follow them to a taxi - it may be costly!

By bus:
In the area in front of the station there is a bus park. You can get the number 64, 40 express or 170 and get off at the stop in Via Nazionale for the Quirinale. The hotel is located just around the corner in Via Ventiquattro Maggio at N° 8. Bus tickets must be purchased beforehand, either from a machine near the buses or any newsagents or cigarette shop (Tabacchi). You should validate your ticket in the little yellow machine on the bus.

By Foot:
Go out the front entrance and across the bus park and opposite you will find a tree lined street called Viale V. Einaudi, which brings you to Piazza Della Repubblica. From there, take the main street on your left (Via Nazionale) and walk to the end of it. You will see a little roundabout with palm trees, turn on the left-hand side into Via Ventiquattro Maggio, the hotel is at number 8.
