The room was perfect for us - nice sized, very clean, modern, with a
great view of the Colosseum & Forum. It's a small group of rooms
on the 2nd floor within a larger building - so it gives the feel of
small bed-and-breakfast or something similar. The owners/hosts
Roberto and Claudia were terrific - anything we needed they were
available to help. Roberto fought through our complete lack of ability
to speak Italian and still give us some great tips on places to visit
and eat. Even helped us . all reviews »
Location was what we wanted: close to Colosseo and Forum. Each morning
we had coffee outside the cafe next to the entrance door to our appts
watching Colosseo and bathing in the morning sun. 6-8 euro to the place
from the historic center (Parteon ) by taxi if you are tired. Metro is
1-2 min from the place. Room is nice, clean, very modern. We have booked
with the appts the transfers to and from the airport - very comvinient.
Wifi worked very well. Roberto and Claudia were nice and helpful. Nice.
The staff were friendly, helpful and took the time to make sure you were
comfortable and well taken care of. Complimentary water and juice along
with muffins, tea and coffee were available in the room. The bed was so
comfortable and the room was spacious. My husband and I loved the
Colosseo Panoramic and would go back again. It is also very close to
Rome's attractions and metro stop. Very easy to get around Rome from
this hotel.
This is in a great central location, right across from the Colosseum. Claudia and Roberto were so friendly and helpful with organising tours and giving info on what to see and do. The rooms were really clean and comfortable, newly renovated and done with taste. The view was amazing. We would definitely stay here again. Colosseo Panaranic rooms is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed.

Amazing view! Exceptionally clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Gorgeous room. The hosts were very helpful, went out of there way to make sure I knew where to go and how to get there. They even made a reservation for me. They made my stay so much more enjoyable!!! Excellent place to stay, just perfect!.
fantastic location, Colosseum at doorstep as well as bus and metro station, easy access from/ to airport, very helpful and attentive staff, light and friendly rooms with AC, ironing facilities provided oR, would definitely stay here again.
The staff were helpful and the location was excellent. The room was small & the shower was uncomfortably cramped. The breakfast was just a coffee & a croissant which isn't value for money. Overall it was pleasant and clean.
Claudia was very very helpful. The location is amazing, right across the road from the Colosseum. The apartment is in a lovely old very classical building with lots of character with a lift which is very helpful.

This is a great place to stay in Rome, and the staff could not be more helpful. A great experience and a great location, right next to the Colosseum and Metro.
Easy to get to. Two metro stops away from Termini train station. Clean, quiet, and right across from the Colosseum. I would stay there again.

The wardrobe is a bit strange - not convinient for placing the clothes
so to say. Breakfast is only coffe and croisson. If you tired of this
limited choice - to the right from the appartments door is the cafe
where you can order the American breakfast. But these are really small
minuses as compared with the overall very good experience.

-Basically its 4 well furnished rooms in an residential apartment of a
building jus opposite colosseao, so one misses that feeling of a hotel.

to highlight the fact that this is not a hotel and therefore prior
arrangement must be made re arrival time/check-in. Difficult to find
as no clear indication from street as to where property is.
