Our 4-day stay in Rome was amazing thanks to the great location of the B&B and our priceless host, Massimo. All the major sites (St. Peter’s Basilica, Vatican Museums, Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, Piazza Navona, Piazza De’ Fiori, Piazza Spagna etc.) are within walking distance from the B&B, so you are not depending on public transportation and can walk back safely on the streets after midnight. Massimo had great tips for visiting the major sites and saved us a lot of time, since we didn.
all reviews » Our host, Mossimo, was incredible! He gave us great advice and information about seeing everything that Rome had to offer. The location was amazing! We were close to the Vatican and within walking distance for most of the spectacular sites! We only took a cab to the Coliseum because we were at the end of the trip and a little tired. The breakfasts were delightful with amazing pastries, breads, fruits, meats plus the best cappuccino and espresso around! The price of a week's stay is unbeatable. . Our host Massimo put all of our safety concerns about Rome in a better light. We had avoided Rome even though we had been to Italy several times because of all the negative reviews regarding safety. He helped us with offering a personal driver to pick us up at the airport and suggested where we could walk to dinner with no concerns. His location could not be better and priced way less than one would expect. Breakfast was ten times better than any we had experienced in Italy in the previous visi. Our host Massimo - so helpful with info & tips (eg the best gelateria, how to avoid the queues, where to eat). Excellent breakfast, what we didn't eat we were able to take out with us to have for lunch. Very clean room, with air conditioning. We had a room for 4 people, it was divided by a wall in such a way as to give some privacy between the part with the double bed and the part with the single beds. Superb location, we walked everywhere. The location, very close to St. Peter's Square and the Vatican Museum, can't be beat. Massimo, the owner, was warm and friendly. He gave me some detailed advice on how to spend my three days in Rome. Breakfast was generous, and he was flexible on the mornings that I had to be up early. Internet was fast and reliable, shared with only a few other guests. Massimo is extremely attentive and friendly . The bnb he runs is very clean and is in convenient location. It is 5 mins walk to Vatican city. Massimo emailed me before my trip to let me know how to get to his place so everything was a breeze. I would definitely recommend his bnb for friends or family who are traveling to Rome. Everything , owner was freindly , helpfull , knows his city very well and great to deal with . The rooms are very nice and extremely well cleaned and prepared .Excellent location . I want to go back .Thankyou to Massimo and staff . Still even my room, the smallest, had fluffy towels, a bathtub and a bidet in the bathroom. Nothing. Aircon was too loud but I didn't need it. Automatic coffee or tea machine may have been helpful for use by guest at night. nothing. starch/carbs breakfast.
