Duty manager was waiting for us as we arrived at 02:00. It is very nice place to stay in the centre of Rome, especially when you travel to/from Roma Termini (e.g. by bus to airports). Like the place. Dead quiet at night with windows shut. Clean. Hotel-grade towels and linen. Kettle, tea, and cups in the room. Laundry of an entire shopping bag for 10 Eur in 1 hour just across the street. Value.

It is very tiny bathroom, but ok for persons of average size and shape. in shower there is no shelfs where to put bath gel, etc. Furniture is less than hotel-grade, but sufficiently comfortable. Very small bathroom and breakfast should have more options. Ultra-small bathroom and shower cabin. Bath towels had a strange smell, but the room was clean. Just three tables in the dining room and it takes a while to sit. Not the best part of town BUT very Central for connections!. Breakfast was deficient. hard to find it. Go to second floor to find office. Breakfast could start earlier. These are minor issues. TV was not working well. The breakfast was NOT worth the extra money, save it and get something in the many shops nearby. The beds were also rock hard, we felt much older than we actually are after sleeping on them for 4 nights!. The room was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke, in fact so strong that my clothes began to smell of the same. shower area is far too small. This B&B is so expensive if compared with the bed quality of the service offered.
