Lovely hotel...GREAT Location, Staff and Value!!! This hotel is evenbetter than other 4 star hotels in Rome! Simply the greatest valuefor money!. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice and the rooms were large, clean, with good furniture and were very comfortable.I liked the hotel itself and its staff. I want to thank all of them for excellent holiday that I have.

The staff were extremely helful and friendly allowing me to leave gear there for almost an entire day and letting me change clothes before leaving for the airport. the staff was very nice, everithing OK, we were very satisfied. Very conveniently located. We had to leave earlier than breakfast to catch a train, and we were offered food to take with us. Quiet for being so close to train station. They suggested to take breakfest with us because of we left hotel very early; call for a taxi and wake us up. It was fine once you got over the shock of getting through the massive closed portal and found that the ancient cage,wheel, and cable lift was actually safe and functional! Absolute hoot! Breakfast fruitjuice was powder dispersed in water from a machine....fairly foul. Rooms very clean and comfortable with great balcony over the street and piazza. The hotel difficult to find. We passed the entrance several times before realized that it was just there because the signage of the hotel is very small and the hotel door is closed. Rooms needed redecoration and because of excessive noise outside we had to sleep with windows closed. Better variety of food for breakfast needed.Breakfast is too plain and it should be served earlier than 8 o'clock. Bathroom was small and a bit mouldy and the door handle came off in our hand. Wardrobe wouldn't open. It was forbidden to use the lift for luggage and ours was really heavy as we were going home after six months in Italy.The breakfast was very simple. Unclear whether one was allowed to use the lift - so had to carry cases upstairs,. Breakfests were really bad. noisy. Breakfast-heating.
