They were very very willing to help us! We had car trouble (not due to the hotel) and we ended up needing to book 3 extra nights until our car could be ready(over Easter break). Samona helped us rebook the same apt. AND b/c our car was not done until the end of the business day on the last day - they let us "hang out" in the apt until it was ready at no extra charge! We are VERY grateful for this!

The staff were very helpful and informative towards the surroundings and even gave us a map from reception and explained everything to us otherwise we would have been lost! fantastically priced and ideal for all ages.

everything was great, the receptionist Claudia was very helpful, she upgraded me to a bigger room facing the sea even though i booked a smaller room.
