Friendly staff, I was expecting English, but could refresh my Russian :-)
Superb location, just few steps to beach. There is a swimming pool if you expect crystal clear water. Garage in basement kept car unheated, but require reservation. However I suppose, cars size like Audi A8 could have problem to get there.
This is good location for a trip to San Marino, Acquario di Cattolica and Mirabilandia.

We had a studio for three adults. The kitchenette is fully equipped, large fridge. The terrace is large, street view. The bathroom with shower is spacious. It's a self-service facility so bear in mind that cleaning is for you to take care. Good wifi connection. Helpful staff.
Great value for money.Comfortable apartments with kitchen anex. We got a room with see view which was great. The balcony was wide and nice. The residence offers free bike rental. The personel is great especially Zina!.
The Reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room was
very comfortable. We had one bedroom and bed-settee in the living
room for the kids. Two bedrooms would have been better and given us a
bit more room.
Modern, clean, nice design,all you needed was there, close to the beach, wonderful view(4-th floor), friendly and helpful staff.

It could have been cleaned more often than once per week.
We found the handyman in the Hotel to be very rude. Pool closed every
day from 12.30 to 3.30. He arrived over to us at the pool on our second
day there shouting at us, in Italian, to get out of the pool or he would
call the police!!! It was 12.25 and he wrote on a piece of paper pool
closed from 12 - 3.30 - of course this was wrong.
The Tv. Come on guys, you have to change those old tv sets. The one in the bedroom wasn't working at all and the one in the living room needed some help before it would start.

Apartment was quite small for 4 persons - was more of a studio than apartment, more suited for a couple. We stayed 2 weeks and apartment was not serviced once - we had to ask for clean towels in 2nd week, no bed linen changed. Apart from this apartment was well equipped.
