we stay there for two days at the and of the september, hotel service was firstclass, rooms are large and clean with everyday suplie of clean towels and tolietries, all informations that we need about Rimini and the countryside we have got at the reception, the hotel is at the part of the city whit lots of restaurants, cafees and the stores and it is near by the beach and large free parking, swimming pool and the turkish bath were excelent and free of extra charge, the breakfast was very rich. .
all reviews » A boutique hotel with perfect location and excellent staff. The hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. Hotel is newly opened and is state of the art in the design and comfort. Spacious rooms, comfortable, spotless clean, with modern amenities. Staff is excellent and gives you help and information about everything. Breakfast is plenty and has a nice range of selections for all appetites. A big thumbs up for the Hotel and Staff. We boked a room using promotinal price 59 Euro per night and added 4 Euro per person for Buffet breakfast. The cooms are quite and comfortable with very good airconditioning, which works evn if you leave a room. Very good bathroom. Fantastic breakfast with viriety of friuts, pastry and even fried eggs. Free parking 100 meters from hotel. Very good restaurant on another side of the street on the corner. Very nice and clean Hotel. The 3 stars and the price of the room really do not reflect the top quality. So one of the best price/quality ration I have seen in an Hotel ( but again we paid 43euro with breakfast so lowest season price) Yet even at double price it would still be great. The steam bath and swimming pool were pleasant after a day on the beach. We were on the top floor and there is only one room so it was pretty intimate what we liked, then there is SPA and don't miss it. Room service every day, clean and warm, excellent breakfast . No parking to speak of. There's no private beach, you pay 10 euro for laying each day, or you need to go to the public beach (ferris wheel) at bus stop 10. The hotel is at busstop 21 so it takes at least 20 minutes to go there... I dint like Rimini. San MArino is wonderfull, and only reason to stay in Rimini. We didn't like Rimini. We expected more night clubs and more Italian culture. Rimini is full of Russians, beach is too expensive. Rimini - not good. Parking the car was a bit a problem on the first day but staff worked it out so we got a spot on our second day. Probably only a problem during peak holiday week. Could not use the car park for the last heavy rain and storm. nothing. Parking area. Small pool half covered half outside in lower basement with virtually no sunshine. you could hear every noise that came from the hallway in the room. Staff is excellent, but nobody speak English. They can't recognize even room number on English. However, Russian is well known as in the rest of Rimini. Worst customer experience ever; no help or apologies for heating problems of the room (+27°C). We should just open the windows (outside temperature 0°C). Result: we were both sick after 2 nights under these conditions. The "Spa area" is just a sauna box with no showers or changing rooms. Breakfast was announced until 11 a.m. but buffet was already empty at 10:20 a.m. I strongly advise against staying in this hotel.
