Everything! It was beautiful, warm and friendly. The spa is great. The breakfast was the best on our trip with beautiful pastries and fruit along with standards. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, nice balcony with great view, kitchen area very modern and well stocked. The shower was very nice and had either overhead or hand held shower. I hope to visit this hotel again and stay longer,.
all reviews » We had a warm welcome and the staff were so helpful. Sadly we had problems with our hire car - when we had checked out and the staff could not have been more helpful in aiding us. A big thanks to them we were speedily on our way and they were so helpful in bringing that about.We loved everything about it, the location, we had a wonderful view of the ocean - room 407. Everything was very clean. The staff was more than pleasant and very helpful with recommending restaurants with city map. We even think of going back for a whole week vacation. We have come back and come back this hotel, very nice SPA, cosy hotel, good breakfast, good value during the winter. Now there is free internet too. Rimini is a very nice city andhas everything, just enough studying a little before arrival.The staff were extremely nice. At the bar you could always eat some food while ordering a drink. But...our last stay there was not nice as before so I had a bad taste in my mouth. Some male staff of the hotel really needs more training. The 4-5 stars hotel's staff does not behave in this way. The location, very noisy since it is located between two main roads. The swimming pool is small.the noise from the traffic, but most of the hotels in Rimini are also on busy roads, so it is probably unavoidable. The out of season rates are quite high but the hotel spa is nice.Paying 200euros / night you would think the minibar could be included instead of 3 eutos for a bag of chrisps.The rooms do not correspond with the description, we had Primula suit (No. 307) appr. 20 sq.m - guaranted was 28 sq.m (!!) Bathrooms are very small and uncomfortable - not a 4* standard at all. The staff is polity until you have no problem. We claimed the room as smaller than promised. Our question was decided rude and unprofessional.
