They provided all that I expect: excellent cleaning, nice room, comfort, services, good looking. The receptionists are friendly and professionals, the room was amazing (pillow choices, spacious, boiler inside, even a map on the desk!!). Breakfast providing plenty of choices, good quality, homemade cakes. They also have fitness and wellness facilities. One of the best hotel I have been. We had been skiing in Corvara and had early flight home so decided to book BHR for one night booked family room which was excellent , dinner in resturant was great and breakfast Was also perfect . Could not fault anything rooms ,beds , showers of a very high standard for an airport hotel .

Hotel design and rooms were spacious. big bed and room. everything. The harmony between the building and services. Wi fi. The only things I found unpleasant were that is not easy to find the entrance by car, plus the breakfast lack of excellent croissants (the sweet pastries), and that the fruit provided is not ""ready to eat", as example there was a nice basket of kiwis, but they were all "hard". Breakfast could be better for four star hotel, although nice ladies from restaurant improved overall impression. The staff that we interacted with in person was excellent, however, we were not provided proper information about airport to Hotel transfers being free so we had to pay for the transfer even when it was free for us and was within the Hotel shuttle operation timings. What I didn't like is that we had to wait for over an hour to get our room even though we were according to the check in times. The receptionist was very helpful and efficient. It was obviously not his fault. We were told that the room was being cleaned and it was taking so long since the hotel was full up and the cleaners couldn't make it on time. Another thing I didn't like is that we had to pay 6 euro extra for the table when we dined at the main restaurant. We've booked 1 room for smokers and didn't get it, although the reservation was made 2 weeks in advance. The staff was a little rude. Don't reserve a parking space as it is a big free parking in front of the hotel. Turkish bath closed due to maintenance and the equipment is getting worn out in the spa. Blood stains on mattress protector. It may be too small spa-zone for the hotel so big, but anyway nice. too long waiting time at restaurant to be served. nothing. A little far from Venice. The reception did not inform me that there was a party planned in the lobby which caused a lot of noise (up to the 3rd floor) until 1 at night. For business people sleep is very important as we are not in hotels for fun or holidays... Resteraunt a bit small for the hotel. Ground floor location and no pool. breakfast. nothing. Poor food options when kitchen was closed. They only had some lousy sandwiches. Missing the early breakfast. We when to restaurant in hotel to eat lunch. Followed the hour of operation and arrived thirty minutes before they were to close. Were told to hurry up because the cook said they were ready to shut down for lunch. Bad brekfast, dust in rooms, i reserved babycots, and they confirmed it for my twins, and they didnt have for me, manager tiziano simonato was very unpolite, and unprofessional...good hotel before 5 years...now two and half stars. Free airport shuttle ! Only available for certain rooms ? This is intentional misinformation. Watch out !!!.
