  From start to finish our stay was perfect. We arrived late after a long day of travelling, were warmly greeted, shown to our room and, happening to arrive on one of the nights the Masseria put on dinner for their guests (recommended), were treated like King & Queen as plate after plate of delicious food and wine arrived at our table. The day... what people say » s that followed were perfectly idyllic consisting of walks around the grounds, swimming in the stunning pool, relaxing poolside with local wines, lunc - Giuliano Monteneve was very welcoming, informative,as well as extremely helpfull when we had travel issues with regard to transport around Fasano in Puglia. The masseria is an old fort which has been beautifully restored,with a very attractive swimming pool, as well as a working farm with the produce grown on site. It is an ideal relaxing place for a holiday with interesting surrounding towns and beaches to visit.

  Our experience at Donna Lucrezia was made all the more lovely by the staff who could not have done more for us. They told us and showed us local areas to explore, even having a friend drive us to a beach so that we knew where the good spots were. As non-Italian speakers, we were more difficult guests but that didn't stop the staff from making ever... what people say » y effort to help us understand what they were saying! This of course added to our experience. Pezze di Greco is very rural and quiet. There are towns - My husband and I have travelled to Italy many times and have stayed in many different hotels and Donna Lucrezia has to be our best find. It was truly an amazing place to stay. The property itself is gorgeous and well-maintained and the individual rooms are very beautiful. Anna, the woman that runs this place is the most accomodating person we have ever met. Her breakfasts are the best we've had in Italy...we will miss them. My husband and I will defintely be going back.
